Posledním, šestým singlem z alba Like A Prayer je typická psychologická píseň o rodině dokonale zapadající do koncepce celé desky. Madonna v ní vyzdvihuje roli rodiny a popisuje, jak si vydobyla svoje místo na slunci.
Komerční CD s remixy Shepa Pettibonea nebo DJ Marka však bylo vydáno pouze v U.S.A., Japonsku a Austrálii. Obsahuje ale většinu existujících verzí. 12" vinyl pak vydali Sire Records jen v Americe. Tamní 7" deska byla ve velmi limitovaném počtu vydána jako poslední s obrázkovým obalem. Jediný promo-only remix je jen editem albové verze a najdeme ho na americkém 4-trk. promo CD.
Na obal byla použita fotografie od Herba Rittse z tour-book k turné Blond Ambition (1990).
